The food had good variety.

The room was not properly prepared upon arrival. There were no towels and the mini-bar fridge was empty, a disappointment after a long journey. The air conditioning barely worked. It only cooled one spot. My son and I got sick because of this inadequate air conditioning.

the animation team was great (i liked zika!) and the shows were nice. the crew were cheerful. the aqua park was nice too. activities were abundant for all ages.

the cleaner stole a large sum of money from the safe. the hotel did not take any responsibility. i had forgotten to close the safe and when i came back it was too late.

I appreciated the excellent service, the polite staff was attentive. The rooms were impeccably clean and well kept. I found a lot of comfort. It made it easy to relax. I thought the dining experience was excellent, the dishes were well-prepared and catered to all tastes. I recognised that freshness and quality were priorities.

The selection of vegetarian food was somewhat limited. it was still adequate.
